Are you passionate about agility and eager to take on new challenges? Join Kairós! **Who Are We?** We have been certified as a **Great Place To Work** company since 2019 — for the fifth consecutive year — and ranked **5th in 2024**, thanks to our values, culture, and internal benefits and initiatives focused on people. We accompany our clients in technological and agile transformation projects. **We work in discipline-based teams and multidisciplinary squads across highly diverse projects** (retail, healthcare research, banking, security, mobility, etc.). Although we have grown significantly over the past year, we remain true to our essence: **people-first**. We conduct continuous personal follow-up with our technical and Talent teams. Moreover, we consistently champion transparency and clarity. We operate in **Spain, Mexico, and Peru**. At Kairós, you’ll find projects enabling remote work — without losing closeness with the rest of the team! **What Are We Looking For?** At **Kairós**, we seek individuals with experience as a **Project Manager** on **software development projects**, to join our **Agile discipline**, led by **Carlos Matías and Toni Navarro**. You will be **responsible** for optimizing and maximizing the delivery capacity and productivity of development teams. You will manage and optimize collaboration models — both within the team and across other organizational areas. You will monitor and manage dependencies, identify and resolve blockers, and align team strategy with organizational vision. You will work with teams undergoing migration — in some cases involving legacy products, and in others collaborating with temporary squads formed specifically for a given objective or initiative. Globally, we have over **200 Kairoseros and Kairoseras** in this discipline, working across assessment and strategic consulting, product management, Agile training, team coaching, scaling frameworks, OKRs and portfolio management, role mentoring, and process redesign. **We Are Seeking Individuals Capable of…** * **Consolidating the vision across all active projects** in the country, aligning demand between countries and understanding the current systems landscape and roadmap per country. * **Taking action to anticipate, prevent, and resolve** project plan deviations. * **Working closely with business areas**, to understand country-specific processes and anticipate the impact of any product or system. * **Ensuring appropriate communication flows** between the country’s business areas and IT, directing all country requests to the appropriate individuals. * Maintaining **tracking of demand and commercial requests and their status**, as well as progress of assigned teams. * Conducting **financial tracking**, contributing to and controlling costs and effort estimates. * **Managing project synchronization points**, ensuring team alignment and conflict resolution. * **Managing project risks** (assessment and mitigation). * **Reviewing, reporting, and forecasting the project** (e.g., budget evolution, budget utilization, planning and scope, process compliance, quality level, progress metrics). * **Arbitrating decisions and conflicts** within the project and across countries. * Tracking **project non-conformities**. * Engaging with **suppliers** involved in product development. * Demonstrating strong **negotiation skills**. * Possessing strong **conflict resolution skills**. * **Conversational English proficiency** ** ** **Requirements…** * Legal permission to **reside and work in Spain**. * Availability to attend the client’s office in Madrid **2–3 days per week**. * A **technical degree and/or technical background**. **What Can We Offer You?** At Kairós, you’ll find: * Free English classes in small groups. * 23 vacation days, plus December 24th and 31st off, 1 day for personal events, and **3 flexible conciliation days!** * Enjoy summer with our reduced working hours in August and year-round intensive Friday schedules. * Flexible compensation via Cobee — usable for dining, public transport, training, and childcare vouchers. * Health insurance with Cigna or Sanitas — because we care about your physical and mental well-being. * Continuous personal mentoring through our Wellness 3.0 program and constant technical mentoring. * Opportunities to strengthen your personal brand at internal and external events. * Membership in a large community, supported by exceptional professionals and sector leaders. * And above all… being part of a company where your voice is heard, you are cared for, and we strive to meet your needs and expectations. You’ll fit right in if you love learning, sharing knowledge, and treating others with respect and kindness. If you’re passionate about contributing to an open, transparent, and trusting culture — and possess organizational ability, responsibility, commitment, and a focus on code quality. **#TRY #THINK #FEEL #ENJOY** At Kairós, we firmly believe in the importance of equality and diversity in the workplace. We are committed to building an inclusive and respectful environment where all employees feel valued and empowered to reach their full potential — regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.
