Enabling Master's degree **Experience and Skills** Project development and construction management (signing and certification). Construction execution. Urban development projects. Energy-related experience Proficiency in tools such as HULC, AutoCAD, CYPE. Experience dealing with public administration and BIM technology is desirable. **Other Requirements** Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel and commute frequently. If your profile matches what we are looking for, we can offer you: 40 h/week Gross annual remuneration from 59\.362€ up to 90\.115€ Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Drafting urban planning reports. * Interpreting geotechnical studies, load tests, etc. * Construction-related expert assessments. * Project development, signing, and certification for construction management (demolition, basic, execution, asbestos removal, reinforcement, etc.). * Preparing safety studies. * Construction management, signing, and certification of final certificates.
