Functions and Responsibilities 1. Needs Assessment: Conduct individual and group assessments of the social, emotional, and cognitive needs of elderly participants in the Foundation’s programmes to design personalised intervention plans. 2. Programme Implementation: Plan, implement, and coordinate social integration activities for elderly people. 3. Group Intervention: Facilitate group support dynamics, workshops, and group activities that encourage social interaction, personal development, and the creation of support networks among elderly people to combat unwanted loneliness and prevent institutionalisation. 4.
