Job Summary: We are seeking a technical profile for a newly established department, eager to build and enhance the technological and data infrastructure, while engaging in support and development activities. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to build a department from scratch 2. Active participation in defining processes and solutions 3. Emphasis on learning and continuous improvement **WHO WE ARE** We are a recently formed department. And for the right person, that is the best news possible. There are no legacy processes to defend nor inertia to avoid. There is a real project within a company with over 30 years of experience training drivers and transportation professionals, which has decided to build its technological and data infrastructure thoughtfully — and with the right people. If building excites you more than maintaining, you’re in the right place. **WHAT YOU WILL BUILD** **1\. First-line support (N1 → N2\)** — You will handle user, system, network, and platform incidents. Includes access and permission management: account creation, deactivation, and account reviews. Over time, you’ll gain autonomy to resolve increasingly complex issues without escalation. **2\. Maintenance of the digital ecosystem** — Log review, backup verification, inventory control of tools and integrations. The invisible work that keeps everything running smoothly. **3\. Real documentation** — Every resolved incident, every defined process, every configured integration will become an entry in our knowledge base. You will structure this knowledge so the department learns and improves. **4\. Work processes** — There is no manual for how things are done. You will help create it: resolution protocols, communication flows, work standards. **5\. Small-scale development and automation** — Scripts, automations, platform integrations, and basic data support. Things that save real time for real people. **6\. Improvement proposals** — You’ll have a voice to propose automations, optimizations, and new solutions. Here, ideas are heard — if backed by sound reasoning. **THE TECH STACK YOU’LL WORK WITH** WordPress / WooCommerce Google Workspace Google Ads \& Analytics Python APIs and integrations SQL / Databases HTML · CSS · JavaScript *You don’t need to master all of these. You do need the willingness to learn, improve, and internalize them.* **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU** – Recent or ongoing vocational training in ASIR, DAW, or DAM (or equivalent) – Genuine technical curiosity — asking how things work and finding energy in that inquiry – Ability to organize and document your work, not just solve problems – Ease in collaborating with other departments — translating non-technical needs into technical solutions, and vice versa – Enthusiasm to contribute to something being built — if you seek a role where everything is already defined, this is not the right fit **We value (not required):** – Personal projects, GitHub repositories, or a personal portfolio – Experience with any of the technologies in the stack – Having completed FCT (on-the-job training) in a technical environment Salary: €1.00\-€2.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * Training for professional certifications * Summer reduced working hours * Reduced working hours on Fridays * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free parking * Private health insurance * Optional remote work Work location: Hybrid remote work in 28053 Madrid, Madrid province
