We will stroll through the **historic old town**, declared a Site of Cultural Interest, where we will see the **Church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción**, the **Clock Tower**, and of course, the **Plaza Mayor**, which has hosted markets, festivals, and celebrations for centuries. We will also visit an **old wine cellar** 🍷 on a guided tour with **wine tasting included**. Halfway through the route, we will enjoy a **picnic** by the **Lozoya River**, with views of the **Riosequillo Reservoir**.
