We seek a Senior Engineer with a strong technical mindset who enjoys writing high-quality code, solving problems, and building efficient, scalable, and secure systems. This is a deep engineering role focused on solution creation, automation, and optimization—without management duties. **Responsibilities** * Develop high-performance backend software (Java/GCP). * Design and implement robust technical architectures ensuring scalability, resilience, and efficiency. * Actively participate in the full development lifecycle (coding, testing, deployment, observability) and optimize it using AI. * Continuously improve code quality through sound engineering practices and AI-powered tools. * Proactively identify and resolve vulnerabilities, performance issues, and technical risks. **Skills** * Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. * Advanced expertise in Java and object-oriented programming. * Solid practical knowledge of cloud environments (preferably GCP). * Strong experience in software engineering, technical architecture, and best practices. * Ability to leverage AI solutions for development automation and optimization. **Well-being and Benefits** * Mental and emotional well-being: We support you during life’s challenging moments—helping you manage crises, illness, and maintain good mental health.
