FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Development of supervision systems (SCADA) for new projects. * Implementation of improvements for existing facilities. * Development of basic and detailed engineering at instrumentation level. * Programming of PLCs, HMIs and SCADAs. * Interpretation of mechanical process P\&ID diagrams. * Interpretation of electrical schematics. * Coordination of work with suppliers and clients. * Commissioning activities. * Provide information for technical project management and support technical\-economic estimation for project feasibility. * Technical visits and support during Construction, Commissioning, and especially optimization during Operation. * Responsible for the quality of assigned projects. * Record and keep related and generated documentation updated. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS * Education: Minimum Vocational Training in Automation; Degree in Electronic, Automatic or Industrial Engineering or equivalent will be valued. * Required knowledge: PLC and SCADA programming including communications (preferably Ignition SCADA), SIEMENS PLCs (TIA PORTAL), and PEM for equipment and instrumentation. Instrumentation and Control, preparation of technical documentation, definition and interpretation of drawings, diagrams and schematics. Official "CORE CERTIFIED (Ignition)" certificate, IQVISION and TREND (HONEYWELL) programming, standard CODEYS programming. * Experience: At least 5 years in similar job responsibilities. * Languages: English minimum B2, desirable. * Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
