You will oversee all safeguarding and child protection procedures, lead our health and safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with Cognita’s policies and national requirements. Your role will involve managing staff training, supporting audits (including peer and virtual reviews), and maintaining up\-to\-date policies that reflect the needs of a dynamic school. In partnership with the SLT, HR, and regional teams, you will coordinate key projects, contribute to system improvements, and support the implementation of MIS changes. You’ll also work with the Communications Coordinator to grow our alumni network and help organise school events in collaboration with the Parent Social Committee. Approximately 30% of your time will include either teaching or administrative responsibilities. This is a full\-time, permanent role. **Who we are looking for:** You are an experienced education professional with a strong understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and whole\-school operations. You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working across teams. With excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Spanish, you thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and handle multiple priorities with confidence.
