




Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to manage critical water and energy installations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of all general systems within a plant. In this context, the company will hire an Engineer to manage its critical water and energy installations; reporting to the Engineering Department, the role’s mission is to ensure the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of all general service systems in the plant. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Technical installation management: * Full responsibility for general service systems: industrial refrigeration, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and wastewater treatment plants. * Management and negotiation of maintenance service contracts with specialized service providers. * Design and implementation of the maintenance plan: reliability-, preventive-, and predictive-based. Development of inspection routes and corrective work plans. * Diagnosis and resolution of failures through analysis of the Siemens SCADA system. Energy efficiency and sustainability: * Management of the energy and water resource consumption monitoring system; analysis of deviations and implementation of optimization initiatives. * Preparation of monthly financial reports for energy and water consumption accounting, as well as periodic reports for management. * Monitoring and analysis of maintenance and efficiency KPIs; drafting of daily reports on planned and executed activities. Industrial safety and regulatory compliance: * Comprehensive management of industrial safety within the area: periodic inspections of pressure equipment, low- and high-voltage installations. * Liaison with competent authorities during regulatory inspections and sampling at the wastewater treatment plant. * Leadership and development of the assigned technical team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. * Collaboration with the engineering department on improvement and investment projects related to the area. Working Hours: Flexible, to be chosen between 07:00 and 19:00 REQUIREMENTS Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent, with specialization in the energy field. 2\-4 years of professional experience in maintenance and management of industrial installations.
