It's what we do.** **Develop your career with us.** As a **Junior** **PMO (*****Project Management Officer*****)** within the **Tax \& Legal Innovation and Technology** team, you will lead the identification, evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of technological solutions and innovation initiatives for KPMG Abogados teams and their clients. This role combines strategic vision, project management, and technological knowledge to drive digital transformation in the tax and legal fields. **What could you do?** * **End-to-end Project Management Officer responsibilities** for technological projects, including: + Needs analysis and definition of functional specifications. + Risk assessment (business, legal, operational, technological, etc.). + Change management and coordination of teams involved in the implementation and deployment of solutions. + Supervision of deployment and monitoring of solution usage. * **Preparation of functional and technical documentation** as part of each initiative. * **Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams** (STEM) and business areas to ensure solution quality and impact. Initiatives may involve **internal technologies** (developed by KPMG Spain or KPMG International, such as KPMG Digital Gateway, RPA, GenAI, etc.) **and external technologies** (e.g., third-party LegalTech tools or other GenAI solutions like Copilot).
