Field Worker

Description

We are seeking personnel to carry out maintenance, gardening, and facility conditioning tasks in Alcobendas facilities. Duties include lawn and green area care, pruning, operation of manual tools and automated equipment, as well as support in burial and exhumation services. Collaboration in general facility maintenance and respectful interaction with families and users is also required. Occasional support may be needed at other centers or locations. A three-month temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of permanent incorporation. Working hours are full-time, with eight-hour shifts and two days of weekly rest, including weekends according to the schedule. Summer working hours are 06:00–14:00 or 09:00–18:00, and winter hours are 07:00–15:00 or 10:00–19:00\. The salary is €18\.725 gross per year, as stipulated by the collective agreement.
