Thermal Installations Production Manager

Do you have experience executing thermal installations in building construction? Have you coordinated on-site teams and managed subcontractors? Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Production Manager** for our client to lead the execution of air conditioning, heating, and solar energy projects in **Madrid** and nationwide. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze project execution and assess its feasibility. * Identify, negotiate with, and contract subcontractors and self-employed professionals for installation assembly. * Supervise, coordinate, and direct on-site work through team leaders. * Ensure compliance with the schedule established by the technical management. * Monitor project financials: issue certifications and final settlements. * Coordinate commissioning of installations. * Provide periodic reports to Technical Management. **REQUIREMENTS** * Vocational training in Thermal Installations or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Valid Class B driving license. * Willingness and availability for national travel. * Required knowledge: Excel, AutoCAD, Heating, Air Conditioning, Solar Thermal. **What does the company offer?** * Join a company specialized in energy efficiency and renewable energies. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Company vehicle. * Salary range: €35,000–€40,000 gross per year.
