We expect all new hires to exemplify these behaviors. **Professional Challenge and Role Mission** Carry out the necessary tasks to maintain the wheel workshop for the Iberia, Iberia Express, Vueling, and external client fleets. **Job Responsibilities** As a TMA, you will perform wheel equipment maintenance tasks in accordance with the manufacturer's manual, across various workshop stations. **Objectives** Daily, the workshop supervisor assigns objectives for each station based on customer delivery requirements, your assigned task and station, and available workshop personnel. As a TMA, your responsibility is to carry out assigned tasks with maximum safety and to the highest quality standard.
