Azertium IT is looking for you! We urgently need an Administrative Back-Office profile with at least 1\-2 years of experience in this role and within the IT sector to join our team offering significant challenges, career progression, and professional growth. This is a project in the energy sector. Work Mode: Remote (one day per month on-site), client's office located in Madrid city. One week of on-call duty per month, compensated separately, for handling potential urgent incidents. Responsibilities: * Administrative management of energy contracts (electricity and gas). * Monitoring and updating contract status. * Incident management and resolution. * Reviewing and validating contractual documentation. * Registering and updating information in CRM or management tools. * Coordinating with operational departments to resolve incidents. * Monitoring administrative and operational processes. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative back-office roles, contract management, or incident handling. * Experience in the energy sector or with energy suppliers is desirable. * Experience using CRM or management tools. * Proficiency in office software. * Organized, solution-oriented, and process-driven profile.
