The selected candidate will primarily perform **repair and maintenance services in private homes, small businesses, and residential communities**, addressing various types of incidents and malfunctions. We seek a **versatile, autonomous, and solution-oriented profile**, capable of diagnosing incidents and identifying appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include: * Repair and maintenance of **plumbing installations**: leaks, faucets, toilet tanks, radiators, etc. * Minor interventions in **electricity and low-voltage systems**. * Maintenance and repair of **boilers and heating systems**. * Interventions related to **air conditioning and climate control**. * Execution of **minor domestic renovations and repairs**. * Waterproofing work. * Diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions in homes and small establishments. * Handling various maintenance services independently and with a solution-oriented approach. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in **multiservice maintenance, building maintenance, residential maintenance, hotel maintenance, facility maintenance, or fault repair**. * A **versatile profile**, with practical knowledge across multiple areas: plumbing, electricity, heating, air conditioning, and/or minor renovations. * Ability to **diagnose and resolve faults autonomously**. * Responsible, proactive individual with a solution-oriented attitude. * Knowledge of **low-voltage systems**. * RITE training/certification will be valued. * Officially recognized qualifications related to **gas** will be valued. * Valid **Class B driver's license**. * Availability to work in **Madrid city and surrounding areas**. * Availability for **immediate incorporation**. ### **Benefits** * **Stable contract** and long-term project. * **Competitive economic conditions**, commensurate with experience and expertise provided. * **Company vehicle** for service delivery. * Overtime and on-call shifts **paid separately**. * Primarily working in **Madrid city and surrounding areas**. * Rotating shifts: **08:00–14:00 / 14:00–20:00**, Monday to Saturday. * Position offering **service variety** and opportunities to develop broad expertise in multiservice maintenance. * **Immediate incorporation**.
