Ensure reliable financial analysis enabling the commercial team and management to make data-driven strategic decisions. This role focuses on validating commercial terms, ensuring correct calculation of rebates and rappels, monitoring compliance with supplier agreements, and supporting margin and annual budget tracking.
Responsibilities:
Drift and cascade validation — Verify signed volumes, negotiated improvements, and correct cascade construction compared to the previous year.
Price and contract validation — Confirm that price evolution and negotiated assortment comply with agreements signed by Eureca Trading.
Commercial agreement tracking — Monitor actual purchases versus agreed conditions, signed rebates and rappels.
Master data maintenance — Audit and ensure economic conditions are correctly loaded into Appsheet.
Rebate provisioning — Calculate and propose revenue provisions for discounts, guaranteeing their accurate impact on the P\&L.
Communication with countries — Consolidate and communicate discount-related revenues to local finance teams and resolve discrepancies.
Commercial margin analysis — Identify gaps between theoretical and actual margin, analyzing causes by country, supplier, and negoscope.
Critical supplier control — Identify suppliers with deteriorating performance and support action plans.
Reporting to management — Prepare dashboards and executive reports for the CFO and Commercial Management.
Support for annual budgeting — Model rappel revenues and volume estimates.
Monthly budget tracking — Analyze monthly deviations in purchases and rebate-related revenues.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Finance.
Experience: 1–2 years in controlling, auditing, or financial analysis.
Languages: Fluent English; Spanish and French are highly valued.
Tools: Advanced Excel, BI tools, ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
Competencies: Analytical rigor, organization, autonomy, and communication skills for business partnering.
