Are you ready to join? **What will your role be?** As an **Azure Data Engineer**, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data architectures and pipelines in cloud environments, ensuring an efficient, secure, and scalable flow of information across different systems and teams. At the same time… * You’ll participate in end-to-end projects, from definition through to production deployment. * You’ll collaborate on designing modern data architectures based on Azure. * You’ll work in cloud environments within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. * You’ll develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics. * You’ll contribute to creating and maintaining PySpark notebooks for data transformation and analytics processes. * You’ll apply best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). * You’ll collaborate on implementing Lakehouse architectures and Medallion models. * You’ll ensure data security and governance through access control models and permission management. **Your profile** **To succeed in this position, you need expertise in:** * Solid experience with **Azure Data Factory (ADF)**. * Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics. * Experience with Azure SQL Database. * Knowledge and experience working with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS). * Experience developing and maintaining PySpark processes. * Experience as a Data Engineer across the full data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, storage, deployment, and monitoring. * Fundamental knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes. * Knowledge of Medallion architectures (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). * Knowledge of security and access management: * + RBAC (Role-Based Access Control). + ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control). * DP-900 certification. * **Fluent written and spoken English.** * Teamwork skills, results orientation, and strong communication abilities. We especially value * Experience with Delta Lake. * GitHub Foundations certification. * Experience working with Lakehouse architectures. * Knowledge of Databricks and Big Data ecosystems. * Experience automating and deploying via Azure DevOps.
