We want you to join us and become part of our team deployed at one of our clients — in this case, private banking and financial advisory. **What do we need from you?** We would like you to bring the following knowledge and experience: * Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar roles as Level 3 Support Administrator or Technician. * In-depth knowledge and experience with Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and Office 365. * Experience managing patching and imaging in large-scale environments. * Ability to manage environments supporting more than 500 users. * Experience in the financial sector will be considered a plus. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * A high level of English proficiency will be valued. **Responsibilities** * Administration of Azure and Active Directory (AD) environments. * Management and administration of Office 365 (O365) platforms. * Monitoring and execution of patching and imaging processes. * Management of Intune for administration and security of mobile and desktop devices. * Administration and support of Exchange Online and Exchange Server for email management. * Provision of Level 3 support and resolution of incidents for a user base exceeding 500 endpoints. * Ensuring proper operation and security of the client's systems and networks. * Collaborating with other technical teams to continuously improve systems and platforms. * Preparing status reports and proposals for system improvements. * Ensuring accurate documentation of all procedures and processes. #### **Education** Technical Engineer or Higher Degree / Bachelor's Degree / Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) #### **We Offer** * Professional development. * Innovative and technologically advanced projects. * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise.
