We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security, in an industrial environment where quality in design and manufacturing is critical to guaranteeing the reliability of our defense-sector products. **Join our Manufacturing Process Quality team!** We are looking for a Quality Engineer with technical specialization to participate in ensuring quality during the design and industrialization of products and solutions, collaborating closely with engineering and production departments. **What will you do?** You will ensure product design quality using tools such as DFMEA and PFMEA. You will participate in APQP and PPAP processes, ensuring proper product industrialization. You will define, implement, and supervise quality processes in manufacturing. You will apply quality tools—including MSA, SPC, 8D, 5Why, and Ishikawa—for problem analysis and resolution. You will interpret technical drawings and GD\&T tolerances to ensure product conformity. You will collaborate with manufacturing teams on processes such as machining, electronic assembly, surface treatments, injection molding, and mechanical assemblies. You will manage engineering changes through ECN/ECR processes. You will ensure compliance with quality regulations and standards such as ISO 9001, PECAL, ECCS, IATF 16949, or AS9100\. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
