CT Ingenieros is looking to hire a Maintenance and Machine Efficiency Engineer to work at Airbus Illescas, supporting industrial maintenance areas and improving the efficiency of production equipment. The selected candidate will participate in monitoring machine status, analyzing incidents, and proposing improvements to optimize equipment performance and availability. **Responsibilities** * Technical support to the industrial maintenance department. * Monitoring of machine operation and availability. * Analysis of failures, unplanned stoppages, and efficiency losses. * Support for preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Analysis of key performance indicators (OEE, downtime, reliability). * Proposal of improvements for process and equipment optimization. * Coordination with production, maintenance, and other departments. * Technical documentation and monitoring reports. **What We Offer:** * Intensive working schedule * Remote work * Vacation: 23 working days \+ client calendar. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Positive work environment. * **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field. * 0–3 years of experience (internships or first job are valued). * Interest in industrial maintenance and process improvement. * Intermediate level of English. * Proficiency in Excel. * Analytical ability and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
