This could be your opportunity. What are we looking for? Experience in microcomputer support. **Knowledge of:** Windows macOS Hardware and peripherals Familiarity with ticketing tools. Assembly, installation, and configuration of equipment. Desktop deployment and workstation preparation. Warranty management and incident resolution. User assistance and support. Especially valued: Proactive attitude. Motivation to learn and grow professionally. Commitment and engagement. Teamwork capability. On-the-job training will be provided.
