We are looking for a **Systems Engineer** to join an engineering team involved in **functional design, requirements definition, and validation of communication systems**. The selected candidate will play a key role in **project-level systems engineering**, acting as the liaison among different disciplines (RF, software, networks, integration). **What You Will Do:** --------------- * Define and manage **system requirements** throughout the project lifecycle. * Participate in the **functional design of communication systems**. * Ensure **traceability between requirements, design, and testing**. * Collaborate on **system integration** and functional validation. * Design and execute **test plans and test cases**. * Participate in **functional, performance, and validation testing**. * Prepare **technical documentation** (requirements, test plans, reports). * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (RF, software, networks). **What We Are Looking For:** ------------------ * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related field**. * **3–4 years of experience** in **systems engineering or project engineering**. * Experience in **requirements management and functional system design**. * Knowledge of **communication protocols** (SIP, RTP, G.711\). * Knowledge of **networking and routing** (OSPF, RIP, multicast). * Experience in **system integration and testing**. * Knowledge of **SDN, orchestrators, or advanced networking**. * Intermediate level of **Python**. * **Desirable** * Knowledge of **radio environments (MANET, software-defined radio)**. * Experience with **Netconf, Segment Routing, or DLEP**. * Knowledge of **SNMP and network management**. * Experience in **defense or tactical communications environments**. * Knowledge of **RF (antennas, amplifiers, modulators, etc.)**.
