At **ACR**, we are looking for a **Site Manager** for **Madrid**, to lead the execution of **building construction projects.** **Your Mission** Direct, plan, organize, and control construction work from start to finish, ensuring that works are carried out in compliance with technical regulations, safely, productively, and meeting economic objectives and customer satisfaction goals. **Minimum Requirements** * University degree in Building Construction, Technical Architecture, Superior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Training in Occupational Health and Safety on construction sites. * Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative tools. * Experience with Presto, AutoCAD, and Navision (or similar economic control systems). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in building construction projects. * Competencies: leadership, teamwork, customer orientation, efficiency, and adaptability to change\*\*.\*\* **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge or experience with the Last Planner System (LPS) and construction pathology. * Prior experience in residential projects. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract assigned to a specific project. * Technical support team and collaborative work environment. * Flexible compensation, performance-based variable pay, and accident insurance. * Company vehicle / mileage allowance. * Continuous training, performance evaluation, and professional development. * Option to work remotely one day per week (after 6 months of service).
