What will your role be?** As an **Azure Data Engineer**, you will be responsible for expanding and optimizing data architectures and pipelines, ensuring efficient information flow across functional teams. Additionally: * You will develop end-to-end projects—including those built from scratch—in close collaboration with the team. * You will actively participate in architecture design and technical decision-making within a collaborative environment. * You will implement solutions in Cloud environments using Azure ecosystem services. * You will build scalable and maintainable pipelines using modern large-scale data processing technologies. **Essential Requirements:** * Experience as a Data Engineer across the full data lifecycle: preparation, management, transformation, production deployment, and unit testing. * Design and implementation of robust ETL/ELT processes. * Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure data-oriented products: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Server, Storage, etc. * Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL. * Strong experience with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, Medallion architecture, and Python. * Knowledge of modern data architectures: data lake, data warehouse, and lakehouse. * Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into data solutions. * Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a mindset of continuous learning. * Fluent English level, accustomed to conducting technical meetings. Preferred experience includes: * Azure Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric. * Advanced modeling: dimensional modeling, Data Vault 2.0. * Familiarity with CI/CD for data (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). * Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code: Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates. * Monitoring and observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics. * Azure security: Key Vault, RBAC, Managed Identities. * Streaming processing: Spark Streaming, Event Hubs, Kafka, Delta Live Tables.
