We are currently seeking a professional with experience in People Analytics and Business Intelligence in Madrid. What are we looking for in you? Experience in data analysis and dashboard development. Proficiency in Python, especially Pandas. Experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio and/or AWS QuickSight. Knowledge of data querying and extraction using SQL and AWS Athena. Experience working with corporate data and data quality processes. Experience with Workday, Datum, and Taxonomy. Familiarity with SageMaker. Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, macros, and Google Apps Script. Basic knowledge of Google Sites, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Google Analytics. Understanding of Medallion architecture, Data Marts, and best practices in data engineering. Experience or interest in UX/UI applied to dashboards. Domain knowledge of People Analytics (headcount, staffing, capacity, and PMO processes). Availability to work in hybrid mode (Madrid) **Your responsibilities will include:** Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making. Participating in the migration of local dashboards to the ADA platform. **Working with corporate data sources such as:** Workday, Datum Ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability. Performing queries, data extraction, and transformation using AWS Athena. Automating analytical processes using Python (Pandas). Developing visualizations in Looker Studio and AWS QuickSight. Using SageMaker when required by the use case. Collaborating with business users to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Documenting developments, processes, and data models. Presenting results and insights clearly and with a business orientation. Driving continuous improvement initiatives in processes and data governance. What do we offer in this position?
