Job Responsibilities: * Your primary mission will be planning, managing, and overseeing service operations within your area of responsibility—including ensuring, at all times, the safety of all our teams. * Manage a team of expert technicians. * Supervise their performance and ensure appropriate customer service by promoting our services through sound advisory support. * Serve as the local point of contact for operational and technical matters contracted by our customers. * Be responsible for the operational maintenance costs as well as for revenue from service calls and repair sales within your assigned area.
