**Construction Laborer — Roofs and Work at Height (Madrid)** Tejados y Terrazas Madrid, S.L. (TTM), a company specialized in the construction and rehabilitation of sloped roofs, waterproofing of flat roofs, and terrace rehabilitation, is seeking to hire a Construction Laborer for its on-site team. Each project is unique: installing ceramic tile roofing on a historic building requires different solutions than rehabilitating a community terrace or an industrial flat roof. At TTM, you will learn to assess each roof individually and execute the appropriate solution yourself, working collaboratively and often at height. **Responsibilities** * Assembly of various types of sloped roofs. * Waterproofing of flat roofs and terraces. * Installation of sandwich panels and Velux windows. * Work at height and on vertical surfaces, using harnesses and lifelines. * Installation of temporary and permanent lifelines. * Resolution of critical details: parapets, chimneys, gutters, drains. * Basic layout work and reading of assembly drawings. * Use of common electric and manual tools. **Requirements** * Prior construction site experience (valued but not mandatory). * Experience in roofing and work at height or on vertical surfaces is highly valued. * Class B driver’s license is valued. * Completion of a 20-hour Construction Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course and an 8-hour work-at-height course is valued — if you lack these, we will provide training prior to your start date. * Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. * Availability to work on projects throughout the Community of Madrid, with occasional travel across Spain. **Offered** * Indefinite-term contract. * Intensive schedule of 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday. * Salary: €1,775 gross/month. * Start date: September 2026. * Opportunities for internal promotion. * Collective Agreement for Construction and Public Works of the Community of Madrid. **Interested candidates, please send your CV to** tejadosyterrazasmadrid@gmail.com **or apply directly through this job posting.** Salary: €1,650.00–€1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Training in professional certifications * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Uniform provided Work location: On-site employment
