Currently, we are expanding our Back Office – Incident Management department for a major retail-sector company; therefore, we require ***Administrative Assistants*** to carry out the following activities: * Management of online order incidents * Management of logistics workflow and tracking * Administrative tasks inherent to the position * Customer contact for possible data verification * Email management What We Offer: * **Paid training within the employment contract** * ***Immediate incorporation*** * Full-time schedule * 2 Shift Options: 1. Fixed Intensive Morning Shift: 9:00–15:00 or Afternoon Shift: 15:00–22:00, plus 2/3 **Saturdays** per month. 2. Split Shift: 9:00–18:00, Monday to Friday * Workplace Address: Calle Julián Camarillo.
