Braun is seeking a Process Engineering Trainee for our Process Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE ORS) in Rubí. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate on industrialization projects, participating in the design and improvement of production processes. * Support technical documentation, report preparation, and process analysis. * Participate in implementing improvements on production lines. * Contribute to data analysis for process optimization. * Support the department’s digitalization efforts, including initiatives involving digital tools and AI. Perform cross-functional work on the shop floor, interacting with various departments. * **Requirements:** * Final-year undergraduate or master’s student in Industrial Technologies Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement. * English proficiency for reading and writing. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team. * Outgoing profile oriented toward interaction with shop floor and production teams.
