Our guiding values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—define our path toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least **3 years** of experience as a **Consultant or AI Specialist in Generative Artificial Intelligence and agent-based systems**, with focus on: * Experience in **designing, training, and optimizing artificial intelligence models** applied to production environments. * Practical experience working with **conversational agents and multi\-agent systems** (planner, executor, critic, validator, etc.). * Solid knowledge of **C\# and Python** for developing and integrating AI solutions. * Experience using agent frameworks such as **Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen**. * Knowledge of **AI integration architectures in backend systems and data pipelines**. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical, data, and product teams. * Proficiency in English would be a strong plus. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Design, train, and optimize **generative AI models** and **conversational agents**. * Create and refactor **prompts**, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency. * Implement **multi\-agent workflows**, including orchestration, hand\-offs, and auto\-critique. * Measure and improve outcomes: **prompt drift, hallucinations, and semantic inconsistencies**. * Collaborate with **backend, data, and product teams** to integrate solutions into real-world pipelines and align outputs with business rules. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Automated and manual evaluation of generative model outputs. * Observability techniques for AI systems (traces, metrics, and continuous evaluation). * Integrating generative AI solutions into cloud architectures and enterprise environments. * Designing agent-based solutions for automating complex processes. * Experience working with teams using **agile methodologies**. **And with us, you can enjoy:** Indefinite contract Hybrid work model: **2 days in the office and 3 days remote** in **Sant Cugat del Vallès** Client working hours: * Monday to Thursday: **8 hours per day** * Friday: **6 hours** * Summer intensive schedule (July and August): **7 hours per day** *At* ***knowmad mood*** *we are committed to equal opportunities and respect for diversity.
