Job Summary: We are seeking a Personnel Selection Technician with a disability certificate to manage end-to-end selection processes, identify talent, and ensure equal opportunities. Inclusive environment where people are at the center **We are looking for a Personnel Selection Technician with a disability certificate** for our offices in **Barcelona city**, well-connected by public transport, to cover an **IT leave**. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of selection processes for diverse profiles: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and process closure. * Identification of talent aligned with EMISER’s culture, values, and services. * Creation, updating, and maintenance of the candidate database. * Participation in job fairs, employment forums, and talent acquisition initiatives. * Ensuring the quality of selection processes, guaranteeing **equal opportunities and non-discrimination**. **What We Are Looking For?** * Degree in **Psychology, Social Education, Pedagogy, Social Work, or Social Integration**. * Prior experience in personnel selection (valuable in social, service-oriented, or high-volume environments). * Strong results orientation and excellent communication skills. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. * **Disability certificate of 33% or higher (mandatory).** **What We Offer?** * **Temporary contract for IT leave coverage**, from **February to September**. * Enriching professional project within a socially engaged and committed environment. * Initial training plan tailored to the services we manage. * **Monday to Friday working hours**, with **remote work on Fridays**. * Continuous support from the People team and service managers. * An **inclusive** environment where people are central to everything we do.
