Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer (Java) for a key project focused on educational modernization and digital transformation, providing full-stack programming and requirements analysis services. At **Getronics**, we aim to expand our team and welcome a **Full-Stack Developer (Java)** to join a key project for an **important client** specializing in the **implementation of advanced technological solutions** for the modernization and digital transformation of educational processes. The work arrangement is **hybrid, based in Sant Cugat – Barcelona**, during standard office hours, with **two days per week of remote work**. Employment contract is **permanent**. The selected candidate will provide **full-stack programming services** to support project development, **analyze and draft functional and technical requirements documentation**, and adopt a **results-oriented development approach** aligned with client expectations. **REQUIREMENTS:** –**Education**: A Higher Vocational Training Degree in Application Development, Technical Engineering, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is mandatory. –**Experience**: Minimum **4 years of verifiable experience in medium-to-high complexity projects**, preferably in enterprise environments, covering the following responsibilities and technologies: * Development in **Angular (Angular 21\ is a plus)**: reusable components, services, signals, routing, state management, and integration with REST APIs. * **Java Spring / Spring Boot**: development of REST APIs, layered architecture (controller, service, repository), and integration with relational databases. * Decoupled frontend/backend architectures, **Git**, and design/consumption of REST services. * Best practices (**Clean Code, SOLID**, maintainability). * Experience in **refactoring and continuous improvement**. * Functional analysis capability, estimation skills, and participation in sprints. * Results orientation and business understanding. * Proactivity, collaboration, and quality focus. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * You can build **your own personalized training plan**, selecting content from our internal platform offering over 15\.000 options—including topics such as cutting-edge technologies, agile methodologies, personal finance, mental health, and many more. * **Stability**, as you will join a company with 130 years of history and 4\.000 employees across 23 countries, including 1\.800 in Spain. * **Professional growth**: You’ll have access to all open positions at Getronics to advance your career.
