We seek to incorporate a **proactive, dynamic, multidisciplinary, and solution-oriented individual** for the position of **Administrative-Accounting Assistant.** A great opportunity to grow professionally within a solid company and positive work environment, while facing new challenges daily. **Responsibilities** * Digitization of received and issued invoices, either by verifying scanning at source or by scanning after receipt. * Issuance of invoices via the software application. * Accounting of received expense invoices to the assigned cost center. * Preparation of payment proposals for received invoices, following verification of payment authorization. * Reconciliation of cash or bank card collection accounts. * Review of received invoices and their corresponding supporting documentation. **Essential Requirements** * Vocational training in administration or accounting. * One year of experience in a similar role. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Intermediate level of English. * SAP knowledge will be considered a plus. **What We Offer** * Opportunity for professional growth in administration and finance. * On-site office work with flexible start time and one day of remote work per week. * International setting. * Salary: €25,000–€26,000 gross per year.
