Learn more: https://www.uic.es/en Responsibilities: * Support the analysis and documentation of university processes, in coordination with the department’s Process Engineer. * Develop and maintain up-to-date functional documentation for identified processes, including flowcharts, operational procedures, and user manuals. * Document technological improvement opportunities detected during process analyses, preparing technical reports and improvement proposal sheets. * Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of approved improvement actions, ensuring full documentary traceability for each initiative. * Participate in defining and updating KPIs and process-monitoring indicators, contributing to the generation of periodic reports. * Support the preparation and dissemination of internal communications regarding new procedures or process updates. * Collaborate in designing training materials linked to implemented process changes. * Contribute to expanding the scope of analyzed processes, enabling simultaneous coverage of more university areas. * Preferably, ability to design and develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts for process automation and digitalization using low\-code/no\-code tools, RPA, or basic scripting—aimed at technically validating identified improvement opportunities prior to final implementation. **What do we offer?** * Immediate incorporation * Stable position * Competitive salary based on the candidate’s contribution—details will be provided during the first stage of the selection process * Full-time schedule We value the well-being and quality of life of our staff and recognize that each person has different needs. Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Information Technology fields will also be considered, provided it is accompanied by demonstrable relevant experience for this role. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to process analysis or documentation. Experience in university environments, as well as participation in digital transformation or process improvement projects, will be valued. * Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration. * Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, BPM, or similar). * Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, or similar). * Practical knowledge of automation and low\-code/no\-code development tools and/or RPA (e.g., UiPath or similar) is preferred. * Basic scripting capability (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) oriented toward integration and process optimization is preferred. * Analytical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail for process modeling and documentation.
