Job Summary: We are seeking a technical integration leader to build and evolve an enterprise integration platform based on Workato and SAP BTP, leading a growing team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical leadership of an integration team **BERNER pushing the limits – for those who dare more** Making a choice about your career and your employer is a choice about your future \- a future where you will invest your passion and a large portion of your time, energy, and capacity. **Your Mission** * Build an enterprise-wide integration layer based on Workato and SAP BTP * Take ownership of platform architecture design, governance, security, and operations * Develop a scalable integration framework (recipes, APIs, events, reusable patterns) * Provide technical leadership to a growing integration team * Identify new automation and integration opportunities across the group * Define and evolve the platform’s technical roadmap * Collaborate closely with SAP and non-SAP teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Units **What You Bring** * 5+ years of integration experience, ideally with iPaaS and event-driven architecture * Knowledge of Workato or SAP BTP – preferably both, or strong willingness to learn * Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, OData, and interface architectures * Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc. * Familiarity with security standards (OAuth2, JWT, certificates, encryption) * Leadership competencies: coaching, sparring, architectural ownership **Plus** * Workato certifications * Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or API management The BERNER Group as employer, dare to differentiate ourselves and provide every employee the opportunity to and enable them to dare to be more.
