Job Summary: We are seeking a COEX Site Supervisor to plan, organize, and control highway conservation and operation works, coordinating teams and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates work teams and subcontractors. 2. Supervises and verifies work processes and results. 3. Ensures compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and labor legislation. Their main mission will be to **plan, organize, and control the process and workflow of assigned highway conservation and operation works**. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Control, organize, and **coordinate work teams**, assigning tasks to operators and subcontractors. * Supervise and **verify work processes and results**. * **Support the Operations Manager** or higher-level supervisor in coordinating material and human resources for proper execution of conservation works, and report on conservation activity progress and any relevant incidents that may arise. * Ensure **compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) preventive measures** and labor legislation. * Assign **costs** to corresponding work units. * Meet **deadlines, quality, MA (Maintenance Agreement), and safety** requirements for Conservation Unit execution. * Review and approve work reports from personnel under their supervision and receive materials. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Education: High School Diploma. * Required complementary training: **COEX certification** and **OHS training**, proficiency in roadwork signage standards (vertical, horizontal, and containment systems), etc. * **Prior experience** in similar positions. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of machinery. * **Driver's License Class B**. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Location: Salobreña, Granada.
