Country Spain Province Madrid - Madrid Application Deadline 09/01/2026 Category Administration and Finance, Legal Type of Offer Targeted at People with Disabilities **Create Alert** **NGO Information** Rescate Internacional **Rating** (4 ratings) **info** Response Rate: 49.53% **info** **Objective** ------------ **INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER, INDEFINITE CONTRACT, FULL-TIME AND INTENSIVE SCHEDULE MON-FRI, HEAD OFFICE: MADRID.** Reporting hierarchically to the General Management: * Design and implementation of internal control procedures and systems, manuals, and identification of controls. * Monitoring and verification of compliance with regulations and procedures. * Identification of areas for improvement and development of corrective proposals. * Evaluate and improve financial, operational, and administrative management processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and donor and regulatory body standards. * Design of the Organization’s Internal Audit Action Plans, meeting annual objectives and reporting directly to the Management Committee. * Design of work programs, compliance testing, and use of sampling selection tools. **Profile:** * University degree: Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, or Law. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Public Funds Auditing, particularly EU funds, either within a firm specializing in the Public Sector or within an Internal Audit Department. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness and availability to travel.
