A positive work environment, multicultural team, and strong teamwork. **Description:** ---------------- At **Hospes Palacio de Los Patos**, we are looking for an **Assistant Maintenance Manager** to perform the following duties: * Supervise facility maintenance. * Order, supervise, and carry out repairs of equipment and facilities. * Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, swimming pool control, etc., repairs. * Estimate time and materials required to carry out repairs and tasks. * Report completed repairs to the Maintenance Manager. * Conduct facility inspections to detect failures and recommend appropriate repairs. * Plan, coordinate, and control preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. * Oversee maintenance of all hotel facilities (buildings and common areas). * Inspect progress, quantity, and quality of work. * Process maintenance and repair materials. * Comply with the company's comprehensive safety procedures. * Maintain order and discipline within your team; report any anomalies. * Collaborate with external installation and maintenance service providers as needed. * Support the Maintenance Manager. **Requirements:** --------------- * Formal training in hotel maintenance. * Prior experience of at least 2\-3 years as an Assistant or Maintenance Manager. * Experience in luxury hotels is highly desirable. * Solid knowledge of electrical installations, repair and maintenance of facilities, plumbing, painting, plasterboard (pladur), and masonry is essential. * Experience in swimming pool maintenance. * Incident resolution skills. * Experience coordinating suppliers. * Familiarity with Opera Cloud software is preferred. * Flexible working hours. * Willingness to relocate geographically to support other hotels within the Chain. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a prestigious luxury hotel chain present in a total of 9 destinations in Spain and 1 in Portugal, currently undergoing rapid expansion. * Opportunities for growth and development within the chain. * A positive work environment, multicultural team, and strong teamwork. * Unlimited, freely accessible training – over 20\.000 training resources (including books, courses, audiobooks, podcasts, etc.) across various disciplines. * Opportunity to participate in our Hospes Exchange program and gain work experience in one or more of our branded hotels. * Exclusive discounts at our chain’s hotels for you, your family, or friends on accommodation, F\&B, and SPA services. * Access to the Club Hospes Hotels, offering many additional exclusive discounts. **Applications accepted until February 6.** *At HOSPES, we take pride in providing equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, religion, diversity, or country of origin.
