Job Summary: We are seeking experienced personnel for home-based care and assistance, following coordinated guidelines to deliver personalized and appropriate care aligned with the user's needs. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized care tailored to the user's specific needs. 2. Adherence to guidelines and directives from a coordination team. The candidate must have experience in providing care and assistance to individuals at their homes. Main responsibilities include following the guidelines and directives provided by the Home Help Service coordination team. Work will be carried out in accordance with individualized care plans for each user, thereby ensuring personalized and appropriate care suited to their specific needs within their own home or environment. A weekly working schedule of approximately 30 hours is offered, distributed between morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday. Remuneration will comply with the currently applicable collective bargaining agreement. * One of the following qualifications: Nursing Auxiliary Technician, Clinical Auxiliary Technician, Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician, Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, Socio-Healthcare Technician, or Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions or at Home. * Minimum six months’ experience in a similar position is desirable. * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are desirable.
