We are looking for a responsible, approachable, and caring individual who wishes to work in a family-like, stable environment focused on residents' well-being. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Providing direct assistance to residents with basic activities of daily living. * Supporting residents with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility, and repositioning. * Accompanying and supervising residents throughout the day. * Collaborating in fall prevention, monitoring general health status, and reporting incidents to the responsible team. * Assisting with tasks related to order, hygiene, and maintenance of the residents' environment. * Participating daily in teamwork alongside the nursing staff, management, and other professionals at the center. Desirable Qualifications * Certification as a **Healthcare Assistant (TCAE)**, **Sociosanitary Care Technician**, **Nursing Assistant**, professional certification, or equivalent training. * Prior experience in residential care facilities, home care services, hospitals, or care for dependent individuals. * Special emphasis will be placed on attitude, responsibility, and human-centered interaction.
