




Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager (MEP) with extensive experience in industrial construction projects, responsible for ensuring compliance with planning, cost control, and quality. Resolve unforeseen events and technical issues arising during construction execution. We seek a Construction Manager (MEP) with extensive experience in industrial construction projects. This person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with planning, economic control, and execution quality, while also guaranteeing proper coordination of all work packages related to the project’s installations. This role is critical to ensuring that construction progresses in accordance with established technical standards, schedules, and budget, maintaining smooth communication with various project teams and stakeholders. Main Responsibilities * Actively participate in tendering processes for defined lots related to construction execution. * Analyze and develop detailed schedules, allocating resources efficiently at each project phase. * Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams: internal staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the allocated budget. * Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with overall planning. * Assess the impact of scope or schedule changes and propose solutions. * Supervise and submit periodic progress reports on schedule status to the Project Manager and other stakeholders, identifying achievements, deviations, and risks. * Ensure compliance with applicable local and national regulations. * Resolve unforeseen events and technical issues arising during construction execution. Requirements Academic Qualifications * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines. Professional Experience * Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial environments. Technical Skills * In-depth knowledge of common construction systems used in industrial buildings. * Proficiency in cost estimation and scheduling software: Presto, TCQ, Arquímedes, MS Project, among others. * Familiarity with BIM working environments. * Experience with REVIT, Navisworks, or other modeling and coordination tools is desirable.
