Teamwork and attention to detail Aktrion Iberia is a technical consulting services provider offering comprehensive engineering and quality assistance, as well as other auxiliary services. On this occasion, we require a panel beater technician for our Almussafes (Valencia) facility to join the AMC (Aktrion Mobility Center) panel beating team. The main responsibilities for this position are as follows: \- Diagnose structural damage to vehicles \- Organize materials and products required for repairs \- Prepare vehicle surfaces for subsequent painting \- Repair vehicle bodywork: dents, fenders, bumpers, locks, etc. \- Dismantle and assemble fixed and movable vehicle components \- Replace, bond, and repair windscreens and windows \- Aluminum repairs \- Plastic repairs We seek a candidate with attention to detail, passion for high-quality work, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. We also expect your cooperation in maintaining a safe and clean working environment, as well as your organizational skills to support project implementation. A minimum of one year’s experience performing the tasks listed above is required, along with a medium-level vocational training qualification (FP) in bodywork and/or related fields, and supplementary Smart Repair training. In addition, theoretical and practical knowledge of tools for dismantling components, stretching and bench tools, and operation of manual and automatic vehicles is essential. Experience with body shop tools, knowledge of aluminum repair techniques, and proficiency with damage assessment software (Solera, GT, DAT) will be considered advantageous.
