Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff for residential communities, offices, and windows, responsible for maintaining and preparing various spaces to ensure their optimal condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning tasks in residential communities, offices, and windows. 2. Ensure maintenance and preparation of various spaces. We are looking for a person to perform cleaning tasks in residential communities, offices, and windows across various locations in the Oviedo and Asturias area. Duties include maintaining and preparing different spaces, ensuring all surfaces are left in perfect condition. To carry out this role, it is essential to hold a disability certificate of at least 33%, as well as possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle to travel between different work sites. Prior experience in cleaning positions will be valued. This is a temporary contract with a part-time schedule of four hours per day, with the possibility of extending working hours according to operational needs. Salary conditions follow those stipulated in the Cleaning Collective Agreement.
