The main duties include: Check \- in/Check \- out. Monitoring and reading room key cards. Safe deposit box rentals. Cash reconciliation and handover to the next shift colleague. Full responsibility for all activities occurring during one’s working hours. • Incident management (but not resolution). Luggage handling. Room changes. Mail management. Room sales. Managing switchboard calls. Supervising bell staff under one’s responsibility. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTSPrior experience in a similar role. Studies in tourism. Advanced English \+ Other languages are valued. Customer-oriented attitude. SAP knowledge will be highly regarded. ### **Offer** OFFERED30/40-hour weekly contract. Rotating shifts.
