




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for a technology transformation program, focused on IT systems management, virtual environments, and cloud platform evolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the evolution of cloud platforms and services. 2. Manage IT operations processes and project transition. 3. Collaborate with external teams in complex environments. We seek a candidate for a technology transformation program, serving as a key contributor to the evolution of cloud platforms and services. The role focuses on IT systems management and virtual environments. Main responsibilities include modeling and managing IT operations processes—such as availability, incident, problem, change control, and resource inventory management. Internal and third-party services will be defined and administered, ensuring their quality and continuity. Project transition into operational phases will also be managed, along with resolution of incidents in complex environments through collaboration with external teams. A degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electronics Engineering is required, along with at least five years of experience in IT operations. Proficiency in IT service management methodologies such as ITIL v4 is essential, as is experience in project transition. Experience with vendor management tools and resource optimization is desirable, as well as knowledge of IT infrastructures, operating systems, databases, containers, and cloud ecosystems. Strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and composure under pressure are required. Full-time temporary contract. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations within complex environments. Experience in IT service management and in transitioning projects into operations. Knowledge of ITIL V4 or similar frameworks. Experience in vendor management and resource optimization. Familiarity with IT infrastructures (data centers, networks, storage, hardware). Knowledge of operating systems, databases, services, containers, and cloud. Basic knowledge of networking and software development (SDLC). Communication skills, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm in critical situations and commitment to continuous learning.
