At **Inetum**, a leader in digital solutions, we are seeking a **Technical Proposal Specialist in Software Development** to drive strategic proposals across all business sectors and throughout the entire national territory—although the primary focus will be on the central region, where public procurement holds significant weight. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze **Technical Specifications Documents (TSDs) and RFPs**, identifying key opportunities. * Draft high-quality **technical proposals**, emphasizing methodologies, use cases, governance models, and execution plans. * Coordinate with technical and operational teams to gather relevant information and develop customer- and opportunity-specific value propositions. * Present **improvements and value propositions** that differentiate us in every opportunity. **Profile** * Knowledge of public procurement: Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP), European regulations, etc. * Proficiency in Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing this role at other IT consulting firms. * Analytical capability: evaluating specifications documents, calculating costs, and assessing proposal feasibility. * Technical writing and argumentation skills: drafting detailed, public-sector-focused value propositions, particularly for the Andalusian public sector. * Prior experience and knowledge in proposals for other sectors—such as banking, insurance, industry, utilities, and/or telecom—are highly desirable. **About Inetum** *We are an international, agile digital consultancy.
