Main responsibilities include reviewing invoices and their due dates, as well as managing non-payment claims. You will also handle order reception and registration, and subsequent dispatch to suppliers. In addition, standard administrative duties will be performed. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours. Working days are Monday to Friday, on a split shift between 08:00 and 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in order management. * We seek a proactive and willing individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * SAGE knowledge. Native or advanced Spanish proficiency. Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Administration.
