




**Requirements – Dubbing Script Adapter** **Qualifications \& Requirements:** 1\. Native Spanish speaker or Spanish proficiency at a native level, with the ability to write natural, fluent, and dubbing\-friendly Thai dialogue. 2\. Proven experience in dubbing script adaptation, with a clear understanding of the differences between dubbing scripts, subtitles, and screenplays. 3\. Strong knowledge of lip\-sync and time\-sync principles, able to adapt dialogue to mouth movements, timing, and character rhythm. 4\. Ability to accurately preserve the original meaning, tone, and emotional intent, while avoiding overly literal or unnatural translations. 5\. Solid understanding of acting and character performance, capable of writing dialogue that voice actors can perform naturally in recording sessions. 6\. **Hands\-on experience working with real dubbing script files**, including Dubbing Scripts / Final Scripts / Locked Scripts used in actual recording sessions. 7\. High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to self\-review to minimize revisions during production. 8\. **Ability to complete and deliver polished dubbing scripts within a 2–4 day turnaround per project**, and consistently meet tight deadlines. 9\. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with dubbing directors, QC teams, and production staff. **Nice to Have:** 1\. Ability to edit and revise subtitles using both Aegisub and Subtitle Edit (must be proficient in both tools) 2\. Experience working on short drama series, films, or animation 3\.
