This is your opportunity to join our Occupational Center team as a Technical Educational Assistant at our center located in La Roca del Vallès. What is our mission? The Vallès Oriental Foundation (FVO) is a non-profit social entity that, for the past 60 years, has dedicated its efforts to enhancing the quality of life of people with functional diversity and safeguarding their rights as individuals. We support them in two main areas: the daytime services area (Occupational Center) and the residential care area, aiming to meet the various needs arising throughout their lives while promoting their social inclusion and personal autonomy. From a Person-Centered Care perspective, the functions and responsibilities of the Occupational Monitor Assistant are: * Provide necessary support to the direct-care occupational therapist monitor for service users with greater impairment and higher support needs, thereby fostering the development of group members as adults and maximizing their autonomy. * Create a supportive human environment that helps adults with disabilities overcome adaptation and developmental challenges, strengthening their autonomy and capabilities. * Coordinate with members of the technical and direct-care team of the Occupational Therapy Service. ### **Requirements** Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Social Integration; or equivalent studies in the social field. (Specialized training in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities will be valued.) Skills: Responsible, dynamic, and receptive individual with active and empathetic listening skills, conflict resolution ability, tolerance and flexibility, capacity to work collaboratively, and respectfulness. Personal vehicle required to commute to the workplace located in La Roca del Vallès ### **Offered** Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. From July 1 to July 31 and from September 1 to September 14: Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00. Vacation days: January 1–6 Easter Week August 1–30 December 24–31 Monthly salary: €1,496.72 gross per month × 14 payments Free lunch provided at the workplace.
