The selected candidate will support supplier management, goods receipt note and invoice processing, order tracking, and inventory control, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. \- Goods receipt note management and registration. \- Order processing and tracking. \- Inventory and delivery coordination. \- Invoice registration. \- Inventory control and updates. \- Performing administrative tasks specific to the procurement department. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior administrative experience within the procurement area. * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Education in administration, logistics, or related field (preferred). \- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and Outlook. \- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. \- Good communication and negotiation skills. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (25 hours \- weekly schedule) * Additional information: \- Part-time contract of 25 hours per week. \- Salary according to collective agreement. \- Job stability and a positive work environment.
